Standard Delivery
• Estimated delivery time: 10–12 days from order confirmation
• Includes product creation, quality checks, and shipping
Express Delivery
• Available at an additional cost
• Estimated delivery time: 5–7 days from order confirmation
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
3. Delivery Date Selection
• Customers are given an option to select a preferred delivery date while placing the order
• We aim to deliver orders as close as possible to the selected date

As we rely on third-party logistics partners, delivery on the exact selected date cannot be guaranteed
• Orders may be delivered a few days earlier or later than the selected date

The courier will attempt re-delivery. If the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

• Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
