A quest for the perfect bouquet led to a gifting revolution, thanks to our founder, Vikaas Gutgutia. From a humble beginning in 1994 to becoming India’s leading one-stop destination for celebrations, our journey has been about a lot more than gifting—it’s about crafting memories, spreading joy, and touching countless hearts.

What began as a simple birthday gift turned into something much bigger. Our founder, Vidisha Jain, was looking to gift her friend something meaningful — something personal, not off-the-shelf. But the market was filled with generic, soulless options. So, she decided to make something herself. With a few spare materials lying around at home (thanks to some carpenter work), a bit of thread, nails, and a whole lot of heart — she handcrafted her very first string art board. Excited by the outcome, she shared it on Instagram. What followed was unexpected — DMs, compliments, and even an order. From one custom board to hundreds, Vidisha began creating and posting each piece, one at a time. As the demand grew, so did her need for support — and that’s when she brought in her first helping hand. Then another. And another. Today, Creative Corner by Vidisha is run by a team of 50+ talented women, fulfilling thousands of orders through a dedicated website — but we’ll never forget the one board that started it all.

From one gift… to over 18,000 delivered.

This didn’t start with some big business idea.

Vidisha — my sister — was just looking for a birthday gift. But everything out there felt so generic and boring. At the same time, some renovation work was going on at home. She found a wooden plank, nails, and a hammer lying around… and just made a string art gift from it.

She gave it, posted a story on her personal Instagram — and that’s it.

A friend saw it and asked, “Can you make one for me too?”

She said yes.

That one “yes” unknowingly became the start of @CreativeCornerByVidisha.

Every reel, every order, was a celebration 🎉
In the beginning, she did everything herself — making the product, packing it, shooting reels, replying to DMs.

Whenever a new order came in or a reel got 5,000 views — the whole house knew something big just happened.

She ran it like this for almost 2 years and slowly built a small team of 3 people.

Then I joined, I’m Siddhanth, her brother — and decided, “Let’s scale this up.”

I built the website, expanded the team, and today we have over 100+ artisans working with us.
