1. Overview

At House of Beyond Gifts Pvt. Ltd., all our products are handcrafted and many are personalised. Due to the nature of these products, our return and refund policy is limited.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalised or custom-made products (including string art, portraits, nameplates, etc.)

• Products made using customer-provided photos, names, or messages

• Items purchased during special sales or promotions (unless damaged or defective)

3. Damaged or Defective Products

We only offer replacements or refunds in case of:

• Damaged product

• Manufacturing defect

• Incorrect product delivered

Conditions:

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

• You must share:

• Clear unboxing video

• Photos showing the issue

Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the request.

4. Replacement Policy

If your request is approved:

• We will offer a free replacement of the product

• Replacement will be processed within 5–7 working days

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if:

• A replacement is not possible, or

• The issue is verified and approved by our team

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Timeline: 5–10 working days after approval

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

• Once production has started, cancellation is not possible for personalised items

7. Return Shipping

• Returns are only accepted in approved cases (damage/defect)

• We will arrange reverse pickup where possible

• In some cases, customers may need to ship the product back as instructed

8. Quick-Commerce Orders

For orders placed via third-party platforms (such as quick-commerce apps):

• Returns and refunds are subject to the platform’s policy

• Please contact the respective platform’s support for assistance
